Η κόλλα TEMOBI παγιδεύει τρωκτικά και έρποντα ζώα, μέσω της ακινητοποίησης. Εφαρμόζεται εύκολα σε διάφορες επιφάνειες, όπως χαρτόνι, ξύλο, μέταλλο και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί με ασφάλεια σε χώρους που δεν επιτρέπεται η χρήση τρωκτικοκτόνων ή άλλων φαρμάκων, όπως σπίτια και χώρους τροφίμων. Είναι άχρωμη, μη τοξική, δεν περιέχει δηλητήριο και διατηρεί την κολλητική της ιδιότητα για αρκετό διάστημα χωρίς να ξεραίνεται, ενώ δεν επηρεάζεται από την υγρασία, το νερό και τη θερμότητα.
