Επιλεγμένη ζύμη για οινοποίηση.Γνήσια καλλιέργεια επιλεγμένων κούρβουλων saccharomces cerevisiac γρήγορης ζύμωσης.
Χρησιμοποιείται για την ταχύτατη έναρξη των ζυμώσεων μούστων σταφυλιών.
Αγνή ξηρή ζύμη δίχως προσθήκη ξένων ουσιών. Διατηρείται σε κρύο υπερβάλλον (10°C ή μικρότερη). Οι ανοικτές συσκευασίες χρησιμοποιούνται αμέσως.
ΔΟΣΕΙΣ:
- Άσπροι μούστοι 10-15gr/100Kg
- Συν θλιμμένα μαύρα σταφύλια 10-15gr/100Kg
- Πολφός (σάρκα) φρούτων 10-25gr/100Kg
